Peat

Peat

Coco peat, a growing medium derived from coconut husks, is commonly used to improve soil. It’s advantageous for its water-holding capacity and nutrient provision, particularly when employed in hydroponics. Additionally, it has antifungal properties when incorporated into soil. With a pH level between 5.0 and 7.0, coco peat is compatible with a wide range of plants. It can be shaped into different forms such as bricks or disks, adding to its versatility. Coco peat is particularly abundant in tropical regions where there is easy access to coconut husks
