Indragiri Hilir is the largest coconut producing district in Riau Province and Indonesia. Coconuts from the area are distributed to the coconut industry around the region, and some have been exported to Malaysia and Thailand. A webinar on “Inclusive Coconut-Agribusiness Model” was conducted by the International Coconut Community (ICC) on 16th December 2021. The webinar was attended by more than 100 people virtually, from 19 countries.
